• Applicant's Identity Proof: Aadhaar card, PAN card, Passport, or any government-issued ID.
• Applicant's Address Proof: Utility bill, Passport, or Aadhaar card.
• Premises Address Proof: Ownership document, lease agreement, or utility bill for the premises.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Fire Department: Proof of fire safety compliance.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Municipal Corporation: Permission from local authorities.
• Application with Business Details: Detailed application outlining the nature and scope of the business.
• List of Directors (for Companies): Details of all directors involved, including their identity proofs.
• Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA): For companies applying for the license.
• Latest Income Tax Return: Proof of income tax compliance.
• Photograph of an Authorized Person: Recent passport-sized photograph of the applicant or authorized representative.
• Affidavit of No Past Criminal Record: A sworn statement confirming no criminal history.
• Affidavit of Non-Defaulter: A declaration stating no prior defaults on government dues.
